  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 pack cress

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice potatoes. Mix the sour cream with vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard and the herbs, pour the cream marinade over the potatoes, refrigerate for 60 minutes and let it steep.
  2. Extra tip: You can also use frozen herbs, there can also be other types, depending on your taste!
