  • 250 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 bag / s cake icing, (hazelnut icing), possibly 2 packs
  • some cake icing, dark

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, nuts, sugar and vanilla sugar dry. Knead the butter, eggs and egg yolk. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
  2. Then do not roll out the dough too thinly and cut out rabbits with a cookie cutter.
  3. Bake at 160 ° C for about 12 minutes.
