Ingredients
- 400 g flour e.. spelled flour type 630
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 125 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 bag / s cake icing, (hazelnut icing), possibly 2 packs
- some cake icing, dark

- Mix the flour, nuts, sugar and vanilla sugar dry. Knead the butter, eggs and egg yolk. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Then do not roll out the dough too thinly and cut out rabbits with a cookie cutter.
- Bake at 160 ° C for about 12 minutes.
- Cover the cooled cookies completely or only the lower half with hazelnut glaze. At the end, carefully dab eyes on with dark glaze and brush on ears.
- Makes about 80 pieces.
