Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients together well and place in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and then bake the base for about 15 minutes.
  2. Take the cake out of the oven, but do not remove the edge of the springform pan. You keep it as a protective ring so that the chocolate icing doesn`t run away.
  3. Melt the chocolate and 30 g butter together (either in a double boiler or in the microwave). The melted mass is stirred vigorously with a whisk so that it becomes nice and creamy. Put this chocolate mixture on the bottom and smooth it out.
  4. Tip: If you want, you can decorate the topping with colorful sugar sprinkles or something similar.
