Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar - or with a mixture of sugar and vanilla sugar - until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one and beat until frothy. Mix in the pinch of salt, flour and baking powder and stir in until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Cut the peaches into small pieces and fold them into the batter.
