Ingredients
- 2 beetroot, fully cooked
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Cut the beetroot into half slices or sticks. Marinate with vinegar, oil and a little sugar. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat. (Carefully, otherwise they`ll hop across the kitchen). Mix with the beds: Finito.
- When lightly roasted, the sesame gives it a wonderful nutty taste and takes a bit of the earthy out of the beetroot. Vinegar and oil, of course, each as he needs it.
