  • 2 peppers, colored
  • some olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Provence herbs
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 4 mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. First, dice the paprika, mushrooms and the clove of garlic, fry in a little olive oil and add Provence herbs.
  2. Now deglaze with the coconut milk, stir well, add a little water depending on the consistency of the milk and bring to the boil. Then let it simmer a little while seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika powder, a little cinnamon and curry powder. Finally mix in the tomato paste. Cook to the desired consistency and season again before serving.
  3. Rice or noodles are delicious with it.
