Ingredients

  • 6 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion (s), chopped
  • 80 g ham, cut into small pieces
  • 55 g mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g nuts (pecans or macadamias), chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut or chop eggs very finely. Add the parsley, onions, ham and mayonnaise, mix everything together. Season to taste.
  2. Shape 24 balls. Roll in the chopped nuts and let stand in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve afterwards.
  3. Note: Depending on your taste, you can use boiled, air-dried or smoked ham.
  4. The same applies to nuts: trying is more important than studying. Attention! If you have salted nuts, carefully season the egg mixture with salt.
