Ingredients
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 3 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives, finely chopped
- some dill, finely chopped
- Seasoned Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

- Halve the eggs lengthways and remove the yolks. Finely mash the egg yolks with a fork, mix with the mustard, vinegar and oil. Chop the egg white very finely, mix into the sauce. Stir the herbs into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
