  • 140 ml milk, or water
  • 80 g flour
  • Butter, or clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg, milk and flour in a mixing bowl to form a smooth batter. Put the fat (butter or clarified butter) in a pan and let it get hot. Pour half of the batter into the pan. When the pancake is firm and golden brown on the underside, turn the pancake with a spatula and let it turn golden brown on the other side.

  3. Sweet pancakes with jam, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon sugar, applesauce, apple compote, fruit.
  4. Salty pancakes with herbs, tomatoes, spinach, fried mushrooms with onions and cream, fried bacon, grated cheese.
