- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g suar
- 100 g butter
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 350 ml milk
- some lemon juice, amount according to taste

- First cook a pudding with 100 g sugar, the milk and a pack of pudding powder. Then stir in the cold butter and let the pudding cool, stirring occasionally.
