  • Cheese – 25 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise – 1-2 tbsp
  • Greens – 2-3 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Toast bread – 2 pieces

  1. Boil the eggs, peel and grate.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Crush the garlic.
  5. Mix all ingredients. Add mayonnaise, pepper, salt. Mix.

  6. Spread the egg salad evenly over a slice of toast bread. Cover with another piece. Press down.
  7. Trim the crusts and cut the toast and egg diagonally.
  8. Egg toast is ready.
