- Peel the sausage and cut into cubes. Boil the eggs hard, peel them as well and then cut them into slices.
- Now stir the mayonnaise and milk until creamy and mix with the spices. Then carefully fold in the meat sausage cubes and egg slices. Let stand for at least 1 hour before consumption. Season again to taste and serve.
