Ingredients

  • 200 g tuna in oil, drained, torn apart
  • 1 can tangerine (s), drained
  • 4 hard-boiled egg (s), sliced
  • 50 g olives, reen, filled, drained
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the tuna, tangerines, eggs and olives gently. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar together, pour over the salad and serve garnished with parsley.
