- 1 liter meat broth
- 4 egg (s)
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls

- Bring the broth to a boil. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and stir in the parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Stir in enough breadcrumbs so that the mixture remains slightly liquid. Stir the mixture into the boiling soup with a whisk and bring to the boil. Serve with chives.
