  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper
Egg Spaghetti
Egg Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, briefly fry the ham or the hunting sausage in a pan. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season as needed (do not use pepper too sparingly).
  3. Pour off the cooked spaghetti and add to the ham in the pan, stir everything briefly. Now pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and stir everything until the egg has set (make sure the time is right - in no case too long, otherwise the egg mixture will be very dry!). Serve immediately.
  4. Tips: To refine, you can sprinkle the whole thing with cheese cubes (dice a slice of Gouda cheese or other cheese), you can stir the cheese cubes into the egg mixture and let them melt in the pan.
  5. Another refinement option is sprinkling with chives rolls.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
