Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white until stiff, slowly beat in the sugar, fold in the nuts, spread the mixture 1 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at medium heat for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Peel off the cooled paper and cut into sections.
