Ingredients

  • 70 g e liqueur
  • 30 g amaretto
  • 80 g suar
  • 500 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon coffee, soluble or
  • 2 coffee pods
  • 200 g ladyfiners
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Put eggnog, amaretto, sugar and yoghurt in a bowl and stir to a cream.
  2. Lay out the ladyfingers tightly in a form. Since I didn`t have any soluble coffee powder, I used 2 coffee pods for half a cup of coffee, otherwise dissolve the coffee powder in half a cup of boiling water. Drizzle the liquid on the ladyfingers. So that all the ladyfingers do not float, but are coated with coffee.
  3. Put half of the egg liqueur amaretto cream on the ladyfingers. Place another layer of ladyfingers on top and drizzle with coffee again. Then spread the rest of the egg liqueur amaretto cream on top.
  4. Now chill the bowl for 2 hours, but it is best to let it rest for one night. This will completely soften the ladyfingers and give the filling a nice, even consistency.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the cocoa over the cream.
