Ingredients

  • 200 ml oil
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix in the oil, eggs and sugar until a thick foam, stir in the flour and coconut flakes mixed with baking powder, then stir in the eggnog and chocolate sprinkles.
  2. Pour the dough into a prepared Gugelhupf pan and bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° hot air for about 45 minutes (stick test).
