Ingredients

  • 2 glasses sour cherries
  • 750 g mascarpone
  • 800 g sour cream
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 4 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 375 ml egg liqueur

Instructions

  1. Drain the sour cherries overnight and then pour them into a bowl or divide them into bowls.
  2. Whisk the mascarpone with sour cream, powdered sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar. Subject eggnog. Spread the cream on the sour cherries.
