Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder and cornstarch and then sieve. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes until frothy, then add oil and eggnog and continue beating. Then stir in the flour mixture loosely, now stop beating!
  3. Put 2/3 of the dough in a buttered and floured bundt cake pan. Stir the Nutella into the remaining third. Place the dark dough on the light dough and marble with a fork or chopstick.
  4. Bake at 170 ° C for about 1 hour.
  5. Tip: I use butter-flavored corn oil!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
