Eggnog Non-Alcoholic Ingredients

  • Milk – 1.5 cups
  • Condensed milk – 2 tablespoons
  • Yolks – 2 pcs.
  • Cinnamon – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
  • Cloves – 1 pinch
  • Whipped cream – to taste
  • Nutmeg – to taste

Eggnog Non-Alcoholic Instructions

  1. Combine milk, cloves, cinnamon, vanillin, and condensed milk in a small saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat, not boiling.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Gently pour the milk mixture into the whipped yolks in a thin stream, whisking.
  3. Pour the egg-milk mixture back into the pan and heat over low heat until it begins to thicken and hold for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour non-alcoholic eggnog into glasses, garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg.
