Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 ml milk, approx.

- Beat the quark with the milk, egg yolk, vanilla sugar and eggnog until frothy.
- Halve the strawberries that have been washed and removed from the stems. Put the fruits in bowls and pour the cream over them.
