Ingredients

  • 250 ml oil (salad oil)
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Icing sugar or chocolate icing, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oil, eggs and eggnog. Gradually add powdered sugar. Finally stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Baking time 1 hour at 170 degrees.
  2. After cooling, either sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with chocolate icing.
