  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

  1. To make the eggplant filling, first wash the eggplant and cut it into thin slices.
  2. Peel the onion, wash, chop as small as possible.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Lay out the eggplants and onions. Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat, until golden brown (10 minutes).

  4. Chop the greens.
  5. Add greens to vegetables, salt, pepper and mix.
  6. The eggplant filling is ready. Bon appetit!
