Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 100 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, frozen
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 slices bacon, breakfast bacon
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs into slices. Wash the lamb`s lettuce.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey and oil.
  3. Fry the breakfast bacon until crispy.
  4. Arrange the eggs in a fan shape on plates and put the salad in the middle.
  5. Drizzle everything with the dressing and top with the bacon slices and pine nuts.
