Ingredients

  • 300 g spinach, frozen
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 75 g cheese (rated Gouda cheese)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach. Mix with chopped garlic, cream and a little salt. Put in a baking dish.
  2. Whisk 4 eggs with a little salt and 4 tablespoons of water and bake 4 pancakes out of them in a little butter. Put the ham on top.
  3. Chop the mushrooms and fry them in butter. Dice tomatoes, hard boil 2 eggs and chop. Mix with the mushrooms and season with pepper and thyme. Roll into the pancakes.
  4. Place pancakes on top of the spinach, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 175 ° for about 25 minutes.
  5. Then sprinkle with parsley.
