Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 cans tuna, (natural)
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard and let them cool, finely mash the tuna with a fork, stir together the tuna, creme fraiche and mayonnaise. Chop the eggs, finely chop the chives, stir both into the tuna cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover the baguette with a salad and spread it!
