Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard (Dijon)
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, or sliced salmon, finely chopped
  • 1 egg yolk, hard-boiled
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar and mustard together with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped parsley with the hard, crushed egg yolk and mix. Then hide the oil.
