Ingredients
- 1 pork fillet (s) (pork sirloin)
- 1 large sweet potato (s)
- 1 head broccoli
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml water
- 3 cm ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon corn starch

- Cut the broccoli into small florets, quarter the sweet potato and cut into very thin slices. Put both in an ovenproof dish.
- Put the cream and water in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, cornstarch, chopped garlic and ginger. Pour the liquid over the vegetables.
- Mix the sesame, salt, honey, soy sauce and oil and rub the meat with it. Embed the meat in the vegetables. Fry the whole thing at 180 ° C until the meat is pink.
- If the vegetables are still too hard, take the meat out of the oven beforehand and keep it warm in aluminum foil. Serve sliced with the vegetables.
