Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon pine nuts
  • 250 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry the broccoli and pine nuts in it and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry and cut into medallions. Then lightly plate and season well on both sides with salt and pepper. Then finely chop the rosemary, generously toss the pork tenderloin in the rosemary. Melt the butter in another pan and fry the medallions on both sides.
  3. Finally, add the crème fraîche to the broccoli and mix.
  4. Arrange the medallions with the broccoli on plates and serve.
