Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 200 g bacon, mixed
- 1 kg onion (s)
- 30 g mararine or butter
- 6 sausages (sausages)
- 1 liter broth, clear
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Dice the streaky bacon and onions and let them turn glassy in the margarine. Add the potato cubes with the sliced sausages to the onion and bacon mixture.
- Top up with the broth and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Season the soup with salt, pepper and parsley.
