Ingredients

  • 300 ml apple juice, fresh
  • 300 ml pear juice, fresh
  • 150 ml elderberries - juice, fresh
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, :
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 2 carnation (s)

Instructions

  1. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the pulp to the saucepan.
  2. Put the pod with the other spices in a tea bag, close it and add to the pot with all the other ingredients.
  3. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Stir more often.
  4. Then immediately pour it boiling hot into well-cleaned glasses with twist-off lids.
  5. The lids should be boiled for about 5 minutes beforehand so that they are sterile.
  6. After closing the jars, turn them upside down for 5 minutes.
  7. I use preserving sugar 1: 1 because there are no preservatives in this sugar.
  8. If there are no fresh juices on hand, you can also use natural juices from the health food store.
