- Roughly remove the elderberries from the stem with a fork and juice them. Measure the juice.
- Peel the bananas, peel and puree the kiwi. Put the banana-kiwi mixture in a saucepan with a dash of lemon and the preserving sugar and stir well. Bring everything to the boil and after the gelling test, pour it into glasses while still hot.
