Ingredients

  • 500 ml juice, (elderberry juice), fresh
  • 3 large banana (s)
  • 1 large kiwi (s)
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 2:

Instructions

  1. Roughly remove the elderberries from the stem with a fork and juice them. Measure the juice.
  2. Peel the bananas, peel and puree the kiwi. Put the banana-kiwi mixture in a saucepan with a dash of lemon and the preserving sugar and stir well. Bring everything to the boil and after the gelling test, pour it into glasses while still hot.
