Ingredients
- 300 ml tea, black
- 300 ml juice, (elderberry juice)
- 300 ml grape juice
- 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream, whipped until stiff

- Prepare the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Bring the elderberry juice, grape juice, orange juice, vanilla pulp and the pod to the boil in a small saucepan. Pour in the tea and add honey to taste.
- Take out the vanilla pod and pour the punch into 4 glasses. Top with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream.
