Instructions

  1. Chop the plums into small pieces.
  2. Mix the elderberries with the plums and sprinkle with the sugar. Let it steep overnight.
  3. Then cook the fruit mixture in a cauldron over medium heat for about 25 minutes while stirring until it is like jam. Fill jars at boiling hot and close them immediately.
