Ingredients
- 600 g elderberries
- 400 g pear (s), ripe
- 1 kg preserving sugar
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 6 cl rum

- Wash elderberries, drain well and peel off. Peel the pears and cut into small pieces.
- Mix everything together and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes, make a gelling test, stir in the rum and fill hot jam jars. Close and turn upside down.
