Ingredients

  • 20 elderflower umbels, blooming
  • 1 liter cherry juice
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Pour one liter of cherry juice over the elder flower umbels and leave to stand covered for 24 hours.
  2. After 24 hours, filter the whole thing through a fine sieve. Take out the elderflower.
  3. Bring the juice with the lemon juice and the preserving sugar to the boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill into glasses.
