Ingredients

  • 10 elderflower umbels
  • 3 stalks woodruff
  • 3 stalks peppermint
  • 2 stalks lemon balm
  • ml 1,200 water, low in lime
  • 40 g citric acid
  • g 1,600 suar

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the sugar and citric acid to the boil.
  2. Let cool and add the clean herbs. Cover and let rest in a cool place for 48 hours. Stir in between.
  3. Then strain through a cloth and bring to the boil. Fill into prepared bottles while still hot.
  4. Makes a wonderful herbal lemonade in which the beautiful elderflower aroma can be clearly tasted.
  5. 1-2 tablespoons are enough for a 250ml glass of water.
