Ingredients- 8 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 8 tablespoon syrup, (elderflower syrup)
- 4 teaspoons mustard, grainier
- 225 ml oil
- salt
- Ground pepper
- sugar

- Mix the first 4 ingredients with a hand blender and season to taste with the remaining ingredients.
- Optionally, you can also use other syrups, vinegar and mustard - there are hardly any limits to the variety!
- Amount sufficient for a bottle of 400 ml.
