Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head endive salad
- 1 pink grapefruit (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute) or erythritol
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar or basic /2 lemon more

- Cut and wash the endive salad. Drain the lettuce well and place it in a bowl. Completely remove the peel from the grapefruit, also cut off the white skin with the skin. Fillet the grapefruit, cut into the left and right of the skin with a sharp knife and remove the pulp. Cut the fillets into small pieces and add to the salad. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well so that the xucker dissolves.
- The salad is sufficient as a side dish for 2 - 3 people.
