Ingredients

  • 125 g oatmeal
  • 1 half banana (s), ripe
  • 25 g almond butter, brown
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • some vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder, to taste
  • some jam, 100% fruit

Instructions

  1. The preparation is really simple. Put all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Mix until everything is small and a mass has formed. However, bits of the oat flakes can still be seen. I recommend chopping on a higher level at the beginning and then only stirring on a low level so that a kind of dough is formed. After about 30 seconds, just stop the mixer and press the mass together with your fingers. If it sticks together, it is perfect.
  2. If it`s too dry and not sticky enough, add some almond butter or almond milk. If it`s too moist and sticky, add a few more oatmeal.
  3. When the right consistency has been reached, you can use your hands to form small balls, but they must not be too small. Use the end of a spoon to make a hollow in each ball and add a tiny bit of jam. Finally, carefully close the opening again. With a bit of instinct, it works quite well. Of course you don`t get it completely closed.
  4. Your small, tasty snack balls are ready.
