  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g almond (s), chopped
  • 20 g cinnamon
  • 10 g nutme, round
  • 10 g clove powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from the ingredients. Shape 2 rolls, chill for a few hours, cut into slices and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Nutmeg, cinnamon and clove are strong spices and should be used specifically. The recommended daily amount should be limited to 3-5 biscuits.
  3. Not suitable for children!
