Ingredients

750 ml schnapps (grain or double grain)
450 g sweets (Turkish pepper candy)

Instructions

Put both ingredients in a large bottle. Place in the freezer and shake once a day until the liquid is really black and thick.
Depending on the desired color and consistency, remove the candies. Drain through a sieve. Then pour it back into a bottle and then refrigerate until it is consumed.
