English Apple Pie

This English apple pie recipe lives up to its name because I first tasted it in London, in one amazing bakery. An abundance of apples and an amazing taste!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 5-7

Ingredients

  • Flour – 150 Grams
  • Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Apples – 4 Pieces (Large.)
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 150 Grams
  • Rum – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vanillin – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Butter – 8 Art. spoons

Directions

  1. Cut the cores out of the apples. Peel and cut the apples into small, flat pieces.
  2. Whisk the sugar with egg and baking powder.
  3. In one bowl, combine apples, flour, eggs, beaten with sugar, rum, vanillin and melted butter, salt.
  4. Place in a baking dish. Bake English apple pie in a 220-degree oven for 50-60 minutes. Until it turns golden. Make sure not to burn out 🙂
