Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Fry in 2 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes. Peel the onions, chop them roughly, add them to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and fry everything for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Fry the bacon in 2 tablespoons of oil on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Rinse the tomatoes, add to the bacon and heat. Fry the sausages in 2 tablespoons of oil on both sides until golden brown.
In another pan, fry 4 fried eggs in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Rinse the sage, shake dry, pluck the leaves and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Arrange the potatoes with fried eggs, tomatoes, sausages and bacon on the plates. Toast goes well with it.
