Ingredients
- 500 g flour, whole wheat flour
- 180 g cane suar
- 1 point baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon clove (s), ground
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ allspice
- 1 kg apples, grated
- 80 g fi (s), dried, chopped into small pieces
- 80 g prunes, finely chopped
- 150 g raisins
- 250 g nuts, chopped
- 60 ml rum
- 60 ml schnapps, fruit schnapps

- Knead all ingredients in the food processor to form a dough. Fill into two greased loaf tins and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
