Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 handful olives
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 400 g canned tuna
- 200 ml olive oil
- 75 ml vinegar (sherry), vinagre de jerez
- some stalks parsley
- salt and pepper

- Cut the cooled peeled potatoes into approx 2 cm cubes. Add the chopped peppers, onions, eggs, quartered olives, parsley and the tuna. Mix with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and a little pepper.
- In some regions tomato pieces and / or capers are added.
- The information on oil and vinegar is a matter of taste and should be added as you like.
