Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 handful olives
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 400 g canned tuna
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 75 ml vinegar (sherry), vinagre de jerez
  • some stalks parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooled peeled potatoes into approx 2 cm cubes. Add the chopped peppers, onions, eggs, quartered olives, parsley and the tuna. Mix with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and a little pepper.
  2. In some regions tomato pieces and / or capers are added.
  3. The information on oil and vinegar is a matter of taste and should be added as you like.
