Ingredients

  • 2 espresso, double
  • 5 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 5 dl cream
  • 4 sheets gelatin

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the coffee and place in a pan with the cream: heat briefly (but should not boil) and then remove from the stove.
  2. Soften the gelatine in cold water, then pour it into the coffee-cream mixture and stir well.
  3. Fill into molds and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  4. To serve, rinse the molds briefly with hot water, then turn them out.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and a coffee bean if you like,
  6. Annotation:
  7. the specified amount is sufficient for approx. 4 servings in small molds, filled in espresso cups it is sufficient for 8 servings
