Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and put it in a blender. Cut away the pulp of the unpeeled mango from the stone and put the mango pieces with the peel in the blender. Add a slice of lemon with the zest and the chia seeds. Then fill up to 750 ml with cold water and mix on the highest level for 2 minutes. Divide the mixture into bowls and let stand for at least 2 hours. If it is intended for breakfast, the pudding can be left in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. As a filling breakfast, the amount is enough for 2 people, as a dessert for 4 people.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
